More than 200 runners and walkers participated in the 35th Annual Tiblow Trot 5 Mile Run/2 Mile Walk
and the 35th Annual Tiblow Trot 5 Mile Run/2 Mile Walk. Bonner Springs Rotarian and Race Coordinator Bruce Coleman said, “This year, we had 54 walkers and 160 runners, raising more than $3,000 for Bonner Springs High School scholarships and for the Polio Plus campaign. This race just keeps growing, and the Bonner Springs Rotary is proud to give back to our community.” Coleman shared there are race shirts available (no mediums) if interested in purchasing. The price is $5. Race results are posted here.

Rotary President Judy Miksch sharing the almost 80 year impact the Bonner Springs Rotary has served its community.

The Marion Vaughn Community Service Award was given posthumously to Al Stuchlik, former Bonner Springs City Council member and volunteer for organizations like Vaughn-Trent Community Services, VFW Post 6401 and the Bonner Springs Horseshoe Tournament. Stuchlik’s daughters accepted the award on his behalf.
